Integrated AdBlue® Solutions for Fuel Stations!

The Topsystem group has brought integrated AdBlue® dispensing systems to Greece for fuel stations and large fleet companies. Driven by the high demand for urea solution—officially known as AdBlue®—Topsystem imports, distributes, and installs fully automated AdBlue® tank/box filling systems, strictly intended for professional use.

For Every Fuel Station Owner

The AdBlue® box is smart, easy to use, and operates fully autonomously requiring just a simple power supply. The AdBlue® Box is essentially a tank with an integrated pump installed above ground near diesel dispensers to provide direct, fast filling for passenger cars, trucks, buses, and agricultural machinery running on diesel.

Below you will find the AdBlue® dispensing systems in various capacities and dimensions to suit your preferences:

A) SMART system

Certifications and Main Equipment

The Smart system is one of the most reliable and modern systems in Greece, combining accurate liter metering, filling safety, MID certification/warranty, and 3 ISO certifications: ISO 22241, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

The SMART line is offered in 3 tank categories:
Smart 3,000L
Smart 4,000L
Smart 6,000L

For larger capacities, there is also the Smart XL line with two tank options:
8,000L
10,000L

The main equipment of the AdBlue® boxes includes 16 features in one comprehensive package—half of which would typically be optional extras. However, Topsystem provides this complete package with all extra equipment at no additional charge. All AdBlue® boxes can be connected to fuel monitoring / inflow-outflow systems upon request.

B) Smart XL

The Smart XL models are available in 2 versions (8,000L and 10,000L) for higher AdBlue® consumption.

In special configurations, the boxes can be ordered with a side-mounted hose upon request.

Capacities and Dimensions of Smart Boxes for AdBlue®

The standard version of the boxes comes with the dispensing hose on the front face and a single nozzle. For any configuration beyond the standard package (such as a single side-mounted hose or, upon request, dual hoses), you can contact Topsystem to discuss your options.

B) BASIC 5500

The Basic 5000 and Basic 5500 units are designed exclusively for private fleet use by large transport companies operating high volumes of vehicles. In Greece, substantial growth in the logistics and transport sector has led companies to invest in modern truck fleets that rely on AdBlue® to curb harmful emissions.

Up until now, many fleet operators struggled with AdBlue® storage: standard 1,000-liter IBC containers are often impractical because they require shelter from weather conditions, lack dedicated dispensing hoses for convenient consumption, and frequently lead to product loss through improper handling.

The BASIC 5500 tank is an automated unit with a capacity of 5,000L to 5,500L. It has a simpler, more robust construction than the SMART series. It provides essential equipment tailored to the needs of large transport fleets and delivers precise volume metering through its specially designed hose assembly. The empty tank weighs no more than 350 kg and stands approximately 2.50 meters tall. ATTENTION: The BASIC series is intended strictly for private fleet use. It does not connect to retail fuel inflow-outflow systems (σύστημα εισροών – εκροών), does not display prices (only volume dispensed in liters), and is recommended exclusively for private corporate fleets.

Technical Specifications (Basic Series)

The AdBlue® Basic Box includes the following technical specifications:

  1. Παροχή ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος = 1 x 230V / 50Hz
  2. Pump Flow Rate: max. 40 L/min
  3. Pump Pressure: 2.5 bar
  4. Overfill Protection: 24V
  5. Dry-Break Coupling: DN d-50 mm
  6. Hose Length: up to 6 meters
  7. Cable Connection: 3 x 1.5–2.5 mm²
  8. Operating Conditions: -20°C to +45°C
