Diesel and DPF additives 80406 Cleantech Dpf Cleaning Liquid is a very effective combination of additives for cleaning disassembled diesel particulate filters. It dissolves the contamination in the diesel particulate filter and rejuvenates its full functionality.Benefits: Cleanses the diesel particulate filter. Dissolves all functional residues and contamination. Easily biodegradable. ‘Cost benefit compared to installing a new diesel particulate filter.Applications: In all diesel vehicles with DPF system. If the vehicle DPF is clogged with soot, it is recommended to clean the filter with Cleantech DPF (DPF Cleaning Liquid art.no 80406) and then use the DPF purifier in the car tank.Instructions for use 1) Remove the particulate filter and top up the cleaning fluid – approx. 3 to 5 liters depending on the size of the filter.2) Allow the product to take effect for approx. 8 to 10 hours. 3) Check the filling level regularly and refill if necessary.4) Empty the particulate filter.5) Rinse the filter thoroughly with clean water after the cleaning process.6) Reassemble the diesel particulate filter and do a test unit for at least 15 minutes.Application ratio 1: 4 with water (1 L sufficient for 4 L cleaning fluid), in case of severe contamination use a ratio of 1: 1.
